The Goodyear Spring Promotion 2017

  1. The "Goodyear promotion" (the "Promotion") is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Ltd (the "Promoter"), it's agencies, participating retailers or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion, or trade. The offer is open to consumers who purchase two Goodyear tyres of rim diameter 16" or 17 at an approved participating retailer. This offer is open to retail customers only (excludes company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions). By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion and by any other requirements set out in the promotional materials.
  2. By participating in this Promotion, the claimant is required to submit information on their claim on the online claim form along with a copy of the invoice from the approved participating tyre retailer to a third party agency (The Marketing Lounge). The information submitted will be checked and verified by The Marketing Lounge to confirm requirements and post validation of the claim, will issue the relevant reward if compliant to the Terms & Conditions.
  3. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase two Goodyear car, van or 4x4 16" or 17" rim size tyre or above for a single vehicle.
  4. Invoices submitted by claimants must be dated within the qualifying promotion period. Different promotional periods apply for selected retailers. For specific tyre retailer 'start and end' promotion dates please see terms and condition 8 (the schedule).
  5. The Goodyear tyres must be fitted by the selected participating retailer at the time of purchase. Goodyear tyres purchased through online retailers not associated with the selected participating retailer will not be eligible to claim the reward.
  6. The Promotion will reward a gift and/or cashback (to the reward schedule outlined below) with the purchase of two Goodyear tyres of rim diameter 16" or 17". Please note it can take up to 28 days for us validate your claim against the terms and conditions. Providing your claim is successful, you will then receive your reward in the post along with the booking instructions for your free night away and cash back if applicable.
  7. The claimant must submit their claim via the www.goodyearrewards.co.uk portal by the 28th July 2017. Claims submitted after this dates will not be accepted.
  8. Rewards Schedule

    All qualifying purchases for this promotion must be made through the below participating dealers within the promotion dates outlined:

    Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight on 28th July 2017.

  9. No liability can be accepted for gift rewards not received due to incorrect information provided. Please check junk and spam filters for email confirmations regarding your claim.
  10. Please ensure any gift rewards are used within the redemption period, the Promoter or third party agency may not be held liable for the Customer's failure to use any gift reward within the redemption period.
  11. Claims must be made on an official claim form completed online at www.goodyearrewards.co.uk and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible invoice (either a scan or photograph). The image must clearly show the tyres purchased and the invoice number. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records. You will receive an email notification confirming that your claim has been uploaded successfully. From here your claim will be validated and you will receive notification as to whether it is valid, within 28 days of it being uploading it.
  12. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted. Entry into this promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer. Incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to discard illegible invoices. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Promoter's decision is final.

Free Night Away

  1. This offer entitles customers to stay for one night, free of charge, on a room only basis at participating hotels with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages.
  2. Bookings must be made between either one and twenty eight days or one and fourteen days ahead of the intended night away depending on which hotel is selected.
  3. Please refer to your directory and/or accompanying letter for details of when you need to book and take your break by.
  4. The offer is based on two adults sharing a standard twin or double room. Room upgrades (e.g. to a family room) to include additional guests, additional nights or any other supplements are chargeable and are to be paid for at the time of booking.
  5. The offer does not apply to bookings made before this offer became available. All stays are subject to the hotels availability which may fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings.
  6. This offer does not apply to reservations that include public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Ireland, Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods. Availability may be limited during other key periods e.g. Mother's Day and school holidays.
  7. Bookings can only be made through MLP on 01565 831816. Any booking or enquiries made directly with the hotel will not be covered by this offer.
  8. Only one unique booking number can be used per stay.
  9. Meals and beverages are not included in the offer. Any payment for meals and beverages will need to be settled with the hotel separately.
  10. If a booking is cancelled your unique booking number will become void and no monies will be refunded. Any payments made for room upgrades, or meals for the length of your stay may not be refunded. This is subject to the individual hotels cancellation policy.
  11. Bookings are made on a non-transferable basis; rooms are pre-paid for and reserved prior to arrival in accordance with the original booking.
  12. Please note that advanced credit card payments incur a charge of 2.5% of the amount payable. This may be subject to change, please check at time of booking.
  13. Hotels featured and all information is correct at the date of this offer but may be liable to change.
  14. Terms and conditions of each hotel apply. Goodyear and MLP are not responsible for any failure by any hotel to comply with them.
  15. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discount schemes by either the participating hotels or MLP.
  16. No cash alternatives will be offered.
  17. Neither Goodyear or MLP are not responsible for any loss caused, damage to property or personal injury whilst on the premises of individual hotels caused by the acts or omission of others.
